We have high expectations for our Team Building practitioners. They are not camp counselors but are experienced, highly skilled and motivated to work with you to achieve your goals. Typically we look for candidates with degrees in Organizational Psychology with an emphasis on experience-based learning. Team members are expected to share our values, and to communicate those values to our clients.
