This workshop does just what its title indicates. It teaches the fundamentals of a healthy team dynamic. We bring your team together to create a foundation of trust and communication.
Our Essentials workshop explores the question of “What is important to a team and what is essential to YOUR team.” We use humor, collaboration, and adventure to help our clients discover what works when they create a team. In this approach, each person is given to opportunity to experience exactly how a healthy team can help the individual.
Activities, games, and sometimes climbing are used in the workshop to guide participants toward healthy dialogue. We use laughter and fun as tools to guide participants toward a deeper level of learning and developing together.

One day to change everything using only four colors and seventeen questions. We have three variations of our True Colors workshop.
This workshop is truly crafted around our clients. The experience can range from an overview of team building, offering some new skills and practices, all the way to a three day deep dive.
