We have high expectations for our Team Building practitioners. They aren’t camp counselors, they are skilled and motivated to help you define and achieve your goals. Our work is demanding but rewarding. Our practitioners are required to make a long term impact in a short amount of time.
What we look for in our candidates is a degree in Organizational Psychology, with time spent on experience-based learning. Team members should share our values and be willing to communicate those values with our clients.

Our Essentials workshop explores the question of “What is important to a team and what is essential to YOUR team.” We use humor, collaboration, and adventure to help our clients discover what works when they create a team. This approach offers an environment where each person gets to personally experience how a healthy team helps the individual.
Activities, games, and sometimes climbing are used in the workshop to guide participants toward healthy dialogue. Fun and laughter is encouraged as we take participants toward a deeper level of learning and developing together.

Seventeen questions, four colors, and a day to change everything. We have three variations of our True Colors workshop.
This workshop, in particular, is crafted around our clients. Your experience could range from one day of team building exercises, all the way to a three day deep dive of self exploration. The workshop is a journey into team dynamics, self-awareness, collaboration, and communication. Our 3-day retreat gives participants an all encompassing experience in skill development and implementation, knowledge and practice.
