The Essentials Team Building Workshop
The title of this workshop tells you exactly what it is. It teaches the fundamentals of a healthy team dynamic. We bring your team together to create a foundation of trust and communication.
Our Essentials workshop explores the question of “What is important to a team and what is essential to YOUR team.” We use humor, adventure and a collaboration to help individuals discover what works in creating a team. This offers an opportunity for each person to understand how a healthy team can help the individual.
Activities, games, and sometimes climbing are used in the workshop to guide participants toward healthy dialogue. Laughter and fun are encouraged as we guide participants toward learning and developing at a deeper level.

The True Colors Team Building Workshop
Seventeen questions, four colors, and a day to change everything. Our True Colors workshop comes in three variations.
We truly craft this workshop around our clients. Experiences can range from an afternoon overview of team building, all the way to a three day deep dive. The workshop is a journey into team dynamics, self-awareness, collaboration, and communication. The 3-day retreat focuses on skill development and implementation, knowledge and practice.
