This workshop dives into the question of “What is important to a team and what is essential to YOUR team.” We utilize collaboration, humor, and adventure to help folks find out what works in creating a team. In this approach, each person is given to opportunity to experience exactly how a healthy team can help the individual.

One day to change everything using only four colors and seventeen questions. We have three variations of our True Colors workshop.
This workshop, in particular, is crafted around our clients. Experiences can range from an afternoon overview of team building, all the way to a three day deep dive.
