This workshop takes a look at what is important to a team and what is essential to YOUR team.” We use humor, adventure and a collaboration to help individuals discover what works in creating a team. In this approach, each person is given to opportunity to experience exactly how a healthy team can help the individual.

One day to change everything using only four colors and seventeen questions. Our True Colors workshop is available in three variations.

This workshop, in particular, is crafted around our clients. The experience can range from an overview of team building, offering some new skills and practices, all the way to a three day deep dive.
