We hold our Team Building practitioners to a high standard. They are a highly skilled group, motivated to work with you toward achieving your goals. The work we do is both demanding and rewarding. Our practitioners are required to make a long term impact in a short amount of time.
Typically we look for candidates with degrees in Organizational Psychology with an emphasis on experience-based learning. Team members should share our values and be willing to communicate those values with our clients.

The Essentials Team Building Workshop
The title of this workshop tells you exactly what it is. It offers insights on the fundamentals of healthy team dynamics. We offer your team a look at the foundation of trust and communication.
This workshop dives into the question of “What is important to a team and what is essential to YOUR team.” We use humor, adventure and a collaboration to help individuals discover what works in creating a team. In this approach, each person is given to opportunity to experience exactly how a healthy team can help the individual.
Activities, games, and sometimes climbing are used in the workshop to guide participants toward healthy dialogue. Fun and laughter is encouraged as we take participants toward a deeper level of learning and developing together.

The True Colors Team Building Workshop
Seventeen questions, four colors, and a day to change everything. We have three variations of our True Colors workshop.
We truly craft this workshop around our clients. Experiences can range from an afternoon overview of team building, all the way to a three day deep dive. What we offer is a journey toward self-awareness and team dynamics, collaboration, and communication.
