The Essentials Team Building Workshop
The title of this workshop tells you exactly what it is. It hits on the fundamentals of healthy team dynamics. We bring your team together to create a foundation of trust and communication.
Our Essentials workshop explores the question of “What is important to a team and what is essential to YOUR team.” We use humor, adventure and a collaboration to help individuals discover what works in creating a team. In this approach, each person is given to opportunity to experience exactly how a healthy team can help the individual.
This workshop utilizes activities, games, and sometimes climbing in order to guide participants towards a healthy dialogue. Fun and laughter is encouraged as we take participants toward a deeper level of learning and developing together.

Seventeen questions, four colors, and a day to change everything. Our True Colors workshop is available in three variations.
This workshop, in particular, is crafted around our clients. The experience can range from an overview of team building, offering some new skills and practices, all the way to a three day deep dive.
