We hold our Team Building practitioners to a high standard. They aren’t camp counselors, they are skilled and motivated to help you define and achieve your goals. The work we do is both demanding and rewarding. Our team is committed to making a long term impact in a few days, or sometimes even hours.
We look for candidates that have degrees in Organizational Psychology and experience-based learning. Our Team members should be committed to our values, and they should be able to communicate those to our clients.

The Essentials Team Building Workshop
This workshop is exactly what it claims: the essentials. It offers insights on the fundamentals of healthy team dynamics. We bring your team together to create a foundation of trust and communication.
This workshop dives into the question of “What is important to a team and what is essential to YOUR team.” We use humor, adventure and a collaboration to help individuals discover what works in creating a team. This approach offers an environment where each person gets to personally experience how a healthy team helps the individual.
Healthy dialogue are encouraged in this workshop, through the use of activities, games, and sometimes climbing. We use laughter and fun as tools to guide participants toward a deeper level of learning and developing together.

The True Colors Team Building Workshop
One day to change everything using only four colors and seventeen questions. We have three variations of our True Colors workshop.
This workshop, in particular, is crafted around our clients. Experiences can range from an afternoon overview of team building, all the way to a three day deep dive. We offer a journey into self-awareness and team dynamics, communication, and collaboration. The 3-day retreat focuses on skill development and implementation, knowledge and practice.
