Typically we look for candidates with degrees in Organizational Psychology with an emphasis on experience-based learning. Team members are expected to share our values, and to communicate those values to our clients.

This workshop is exactly what it claims: the essentials. It teaches the fundamentals of a healthy team dynamic. We bring your team together to create a foundation of trust and communication.
Our Essentials workshop explores the question of “What is important to a team and what is essential to YOUR team.” We utilize collaboration, humor, and adventure to help folks find out what works in creating a team. This offers an opportunity for each person to understand how a healthy team can help the individual.
Activities, games, and sometimes climbing are used in the workshop to guide participants toward healthy dialogue. Laughter and fun are encouraged as we guide participants toward learning and developing at a deeper level.

The True Colors Team Building Workshop
One day to change everything using only four colors and seventeen questions. Our True Colors workshop comes in three variations.
This workshop, in particular, is crafted around our clients. Your experience could range from one day of team building exercises, all the way to a three day deep dive of self exploration. What we offer is a journey toward self-awareness and team dynamics, collaboration, and communication. Our 3-day retreat hones in focus on skill development and implementation, knowledge and practice.
