The title of this workshop tells you exactly what it is. It offers insights on the fundamentals of healthy team dynamics. We bring your team together to create a foundation of trust and communication.
Our Essentials workshop explores the question of “What is important to a team and what is essential to YOUR team.” We use humor, collaboration, and adventure to help our clients discover what works when they create a team. This approach offers an environment where each person gets to personally experience how a healthy team helps the individual.
Activities, games, and sometimes climbing are used in the workshop to guide participants toward healthy dialogue. We use laughter and fun as tools to guide participants toward a deeper level of learning and developing together.

The True Colors Team Building Workshop
Seventeen questions, four colors, and a day to change everything. We have three variations of our True Colors workshop.
This workshop, in particular, is crafted around our clients. Experiences can range from an afternoon overview of team building, all the way to a three day deep dive. What we offer is a journey toward self-awareness and team dynamics, collaboration, and communication. The 3-day retreat focuses on skill development and implementation, knowledge and practice.
