We hold our Team Building practitioners to a high standard. They aren’t camp counselors, they are skilled and motivated to help you define and achieve your goals. Our work is demanding but rewarding. Our practitioners are required to make a long term impact in a short amount of time.
We look for candidates that have degrees in Organizational Psychology and experience-based learning. Team members should share our values and be willing to communicate those values with our clients.

The Essentials Team Building Workshop
The title of this workshop tells you exactly what it is. It hits on the fundamentals of healthy team dynamics. We offer an overview and an in-depth dive into the foundation of communication and trust.
Our Essentials workshop explores the question of “What is important to a team and what is essential to YOUR team.” We utilize collaboration, humor, and adventure to help folks find out what works in creating a team. This offers an opportunity for each person to understand how a healthy team can help the individual.
Healthy dialogue are encouraged in this workshop, through the use of activities, games, and sometimes climbing. We use laughter and fun as tools to guide participants toward a deeper level of learning and developing together.

The True Colors Team Building Workshop
Four colors, seventeen questions, and one day to change everything. Our True Colors workshop comes in three variations.
This workshop, in particular, is crafted around our clients. Your experience could range from one day of team building exercises, all the way to a three day deep dive of self exploration. The workshop is a journey into team dynamics, self-awareness, collaboration, and communication. Our 3-day retreat gives participants an all encompassing experience in skill development and implementation, knowledge and practice.
