The title of this workshop tells you exactly what it is. It hits on the fundamentals of healthy team dynamics. We offer your team a look at the foundation of trust and communication.
This workshop dives into the question of “What is important to a team and what is essential to YOUR team.” We use humor, collaboration, and adventure to help our clients discover what works when they create a team. This approach offers an environment where each person gets to personally experience how a healthy team helps the individual.
Activities, games, and sometimes climbing are used in the workshop to guide participants toward healthy dialogue. We use laughter and fun as tools to guide participants toward a deeper level of learning and developing together.
