This workshop does just what its title indicates. It offers insights on the fundamentals of healthy team dynamics. We offer your team a look at the foundation of trust and communication.
This workshop takes a look at what is important to a team and what is essential to YOUR team.” We utilize collaboration, humor, and adventure to help folks find out what works in creating a team. This offers an opportunity for each person to understand how a healthy team can help the individual.
This workshop utilizes activities, games, and sometimes climbing in order to guide participants towards a healthy dialogue. Fun and laughter is encouraged as we take participants toward a deeper level of learning and developing together.

The True Colors Team Building Workshop
Four colors, seventeen questions, and one day to change everything. Our True Colors workshop is available in three variations.
This workshop, in particular, is crafted around our clients. Experiences can range from an afternoon overview of team building, all the way to a three day deep dive. What we offer is a journey toward self-awareness and team dynamics, collaboration, and communication. Our 3-day retreat hones in focus on skill development and implementation, knowledge and practice.
