The title of this workshop tells you exactly what it is. It teaches the fundamentals of a healthy team dynamic. We bring your team together to create a foundation of trust and communication.
This workshop dives into the question of “What is important to a team and what is essential to YOUR team.” We use humor, adventure and a collaboration to help individuals discover what works in creating a team. In this approach, each person is given to opportunity to experience exactly how a healthy team can help the individual.
Activities, games, and sometimes climbing are used in the workshop to guide participants toward healthy dialogue. Fun and laughter is encouraged as we take participants toward a deeper level of learning and developing together.

The True Colors Team Building Workshop
Seventeen questions, four colors, and a day to change everything. Our True Colors workshop comes in three variations.
This workshop is truly crafted around our clients. Your experience could range from one day of team building exercises, all the way to a three day deep dive of self exploration. The workshop is a journey into team dynamics, self-awareness, collaboration, and communication. The 3-day retreat focuses on skill development and implementation, knowledge and practice.
