This workshop is exactly what it claims: the essentials. It hits on the fundamentals of healthy team dynamics. We offer your team a look at the foundation of trust and communication.
Our Essentials workshop explores the question of “What is important to a team and what is essential to YOUR team.” We use humor, adventure and a collaboration to help individuals discover what works in creating a team. In this approach, each person is given to opportunity to experience exactly how a healthy team can help the individual.
This workshop utilizes activities, games, and sometimes climbing in order to guide participants towards a healthy dialogue. Fun and laughter is encouraged as we take participants toward a deeper level of learning and developing together.

One day to change everything using only four colors and seventeen questions. Our True Colors workshop is available in three variations.
This workshop is truly crafted around our clients. Experiences can range from an afternoon overview of team building, all the way to a three day deep dive.
