Typically we look for candidates with degrees in Organizational Psychology with an emphasis on experience-based learning. Our Team members should be committed to our values, and they should be able to communicate those to our clients.

This workshop takes a look at what is important to a team and what is essential to YOUR team.” We utilize collaboration, humor, and adventure to help folks find out what works in creating a team. This approach offers an environment where each person gets to personally experience how a healthy team helps the individual.
Activities, games, and sometimes climbing are used in the workshop to guide participants toward healthy dialogue. We use laughter and fun as tools to guide participants toward a deeper level of learning and developing together.

This workshop is truly crafted around our clients. Experiences can range from an afternoon overview of team building, all the way to a three day deep dive.
