We have high expectations for our Team Building practitioners. They aren’t camp counselors, they are skilled and motivated to help you define and achieve your goals. The work we do is both demanding and rewarding. Our team is committed to making a long term impact in a few days, or sometimes even hours.
Typically we look for candidates with degrees in Organizational Psychology with an emphasis on experience-based learning. Team members are expected to share our values, and to communicate those values to our clients.

The Essentials Team Building Workshop
This workshop is exactly what it claims: the essentials. It hits on the fundamentals of healthy team dynamics. We offer your team a look at the foundation of trust and communication.
Our Essentials workshop explores the question of “What is important to a team and what is essential to YOUR team.” We use humor, collaboration, and adventure to help our clients discover what works when they create a team. This offers an opportunity for each person to understand how a healthy team can help the individual.
Activities, games, and sometimes climbing are used in the workshop to guide participants toward healthy dialogue. Laughter and fun are encouraged as we guide participants toward learning and developing at a deeper level.

The True Colors Team Building Workshop
One day to change everything using only four colors and seventeen questions. Our True Colors workshop is available in three variations.
We truly craft this workshop around our clients. Experiences can range from an afternoon overview of team building, all the way to a three day deep dive. We offer a journey into self-awareness and team dynamics, communication, and collaboration.
