This workshop dives into the question of “What is important to a team and what is essential to YOUR team.” We utilize collaboration, humor, and adventure to help folks find out what works in creating a team. This approach offers an environment where each person gets to personally experience how a healthy team helps the individual.
Activities, games, and sometimes climbing are used in the workshop to guide participants toward healthy dialogue. Fun and laughter is encouraged as we take participants toward a deeper level of learning and developing together.

This workshop is truly crafted around our clients. Your experience could range from one day of team building exercises, all the way to a three day deep dive of self exploration.
