This workshop takes a look at what is important to a team and what is essential to YOUR team.” We utilize collaboration, humor, and adventure to help folks find out what works in creating a team. This approach offers an environment where each person gets to personally experience how a healthy team helps the individual.
Activities, games, and sometimes climbing are used in the workshop to guide participants toward healthy dialogue. Fun and laughter is encouraged as we take participants toward a deeper level of learning and developing together.

One day to change everything using only four colors and seventeen questions. We have three variations of our True Colors workshop.
This workshop, in particular, is crafted around our clients. The experience can range from an overview of team building, offering some new skills and practices, all the way to a three day deep dive.
