This workshop dives into the question of “What is important to a team and what is essential to YOUR team.” We use humor, collaboration, and adventure to help our clients discover what works when they create a team. This offers an opportunity for each person to understand how a healthy team can help the individual.
This workshop utilizes activities, games, and sometimes climbing in order to guide participants towards a healthy dialogue. Fun and laughter is encouraged as we take participants toward a deeper level of learning and developing together.

Four colors, seventeen questions, and one day to change everything. Our True Colors workshop is available in three variations.
We truly craft this workshop around our clients. The experience can range from an overview of team building, offering some new skills and practices, all the way to a three day deep dive.
