This workshop is exactly what it claims: the essentials. It teaches the fundamentals of a healthy team dynamic. We offer an overview and an in-depth dive into the foundation of communication and trust.
Our Essentials workshop explores the question of “What is important to a team and what is essential to YOUR team.” We use humor, collaboration, and adventure to help our clients discover what works when they create a team. This offers an opportunity for each person to understand how a healthy team can help the individual.
Activities, games, and sometimes climbing are used in the workshop to guide participants toward healthy dialogue. We use laughter and fun as tools to guide participants toward a deeper level of learning and developing together.

Four colors, seventeen questions, and one day to change everything. Our True Colors workshop comes in three variations.
