The Essentials Team Building Workshop
This workshop does just what its title indicates. It offers insights on the fundamentals of healthy team dynamics. We offer an overview and an in-depth dive into the foundation of communication and trust.
Our Essentials workshop explores the question of “What is important to a team and what is essential to YOUR team.” We use humor, adventure and a collaboration to help individuals discover what works in creating a team. This approach offers an environment where each person gets to personally experience how a healthy team helps the individual.
This workshop utilizes activities, games, and sometimes climbing in order to guide participants towards a healthy dialogue. We use laughter and fun as tools to guide participants toward a deeper level of learning and developing together.

The True Colors Team Building Workshop
Seventeen questions, four colors, and a day to change everything. Our True Colors workshop comes in three variations.
We truly craft this workshop around our clients. Experiences can range from an afternoon overview of team building, all the way to a three day deep dive.
