The Essentials Team Building Workshop
The title of this workshop tells you exactly what it is. It teaches the fundamentals of a healthy team dynamic. We offer an overview and an in-depth dive into the foundation of communication and trust.
This workshop dives into the question of “What is important to a team and what is essential to YOUR team.” We use humor, collaboration, and adventure to help our clients discover what works when they create a team. In this approach, each person is given to opportunity to experience exactly how a healthy team can help the individual.
Activities, games, and sometimes climbing are used in the workshop to guide participants toward healthy dialogue. Fun and laughter is encouraged as we take participants toward a deeper level of learning and developing together.

The True Colors Team Building Workshop
Seventeen questions, four colors, and a day to change everything. We have three variations of our True Colors workshop.
This workshop, in particular, is crafted around our clients. The experience can range from an overview of team building, offering some new skills and practices, all the way to a three day deep dive. What we offer is a journey toward self-awareness and team dynamics, collaboration, and communication. Our 3-day retreat gives participants an all encompassing experience in skill development and implementation, knowledge and practice.
