The title of this workshop tells you exactly what it is. It hits on the fundamentals of healthy team dynamics. We offer an overview and an in-depth dive into the foundation of communication and trust.
This workshop takes a look at what is important to a team and what is essential to YOUR team.” We use humor, collaboration, and adventure to help our clients discover what works when they create a team. This offers an opportunity for each person to understand how a healthy team can help the individual.
Healthy dialogue are encouraged in this workshop, through the use of activities, games, and sometimes climbing. Fun and laughter is encouraged as we take participants toward a deeper level of learning and developing together.

The True Colors Team Building Workshop
Seventeen questions, four colors, and a day to change everything. Our True Colors workshop comes in three variations.
This workshop is truly crafted around our clients. The experience can range from an overview of team building, offering some new skills and practices, all the way to a three day deep dive. We offer a journey into self-awareness and team dynamics, communication, and collaboration. Our 3-day retreat gives participants an all encompassing experience in skill development and implementation, knowledge and practice.
