This workshop does just what its title indicates. It teaches the fundamentals of a healthy team dynamic. We offer your team a look at the foundation of trust and communication.
This workshop takes a look at what is important to a team and what is essential to YOUR team.” We use humor, collaboration, and adventure to help our clients discover what works when they create a team. This approach offers an environment where each person gets to personally experience how a healthy team helps the individual.
This workshop utilizes activities, games, and sometimes climbing in order to guide participants towards a healthy dialogue. Fun and laughter is encouraged as we take participants toward a deeper level of learning and developing together.

The True Colors Team Building Workshop
Four colors, seventeen questions, and one day to change everything. We have three variations of our True Colors workshop.
This workshop, in particular, is crafted around our clients. The experience can range from an overview of team building, offering some new skills and practices, all the way to a three day deep dive. The workshop is a journey into team dynamics, self-awareness, collaboration, and communication. The 3-day retreat focuses on skill development and implementation, knowledge and practice.
