The Essentials Team Building Workshop
This workshop does just what its title indicates. It teaches the fundamentals of a healthy team dynamic. We bring your team together to create a foundation of trust and communication.
This workshop dives into the question of “What is important to a team and what is essential to YOUR team.” We use humor, collaboration, and adventure to help our clients discover what works when they create a team. This approach offers an environment where each person gets to personally experience how a healthy team helps the individual.
This workshop utilizes activities, games, and sometimes climbing in order to guide participants towards a healthy dialogue. Laughter and fun are encouraged as we guide participants toward learning and developing at a deeper level.

The True Colors Team Building Workshop
One day to change everything using only four colors and seventeen questions. Our True Colors workshop is available in three variations.
This workshop, in particular, is crafted around our clients. Experiences can range from an afternoon overview of team building, all the way to a three day deep dive. The workshop is a journey into team dynamics, self-awareness, collaboration, and communication. The 3-day retreat focuses on skill development and implementation, knowledge and practice.
