The Essentials Team Building Workshop
The title of this workshop tells you exactly what it is. It teaches the fundamentals of a healthy team dynamic. We offer your team a look at the foundation of trust and communication.
Our Essentials workshop explores the question of “What is important to a team and what is essential to YOUR team.” We utilize collaboration, humor, and adventure to help folks find out what works in creating a team. This approach offers an environment where each person gets to personally experience how a healthy team helps the individual.
Healthy dialogue are encouraged in this workshop, through the use of activities, games, and sometimes climbing. We use laughter and fun as tools to guide participants toward a deeper level of learning and developing together.
