We have high expectations for our Team Building practitioners. They aren’t camp counselors, they are skilled and motivated to help you define and achieve your goals. The work that we do is demanding but rewarding. Our practitioners are required to make a long term impact in a short amount of time.
Typically we look for candidates with degrees in Organizational Psychology with an emphasis on experience-based learning. Team members should share our values and be willing to communicate those values with our clients.

The Essentials Team Building Workshop
This workshop is exactly what it claims: the essentials. It teaches the fundamentals of a healthy team dynamic. We offer an overview and an in-depth dive into the foundation of communication and trust.
Our Essentials workshop explores the question of “What is important to a team and what is essential to YOUR team.” We use humor, collaboration, and adventure to help our clients discover what works when they create a team. This approach offers an environment where each person gets to personally experience how a healthy team helps the individual.
Healthy dialogue are encouraged in this workshop, through the use of activities, games, and sometimes climbing. We use laughter and fun as tools to guide participants toward a deeper level of learning and developing together.

The True Colors Team Building Workshop
One day to change everything using only four colors and seventeen questions. Our True Colors workshop is available in three variations.
This workshop is truly crafted around our clients. Your experience could range from one day of team building exercises, all the way to a three day deep dive of self exploration. What we offer is a journey toward self-awareness and team dynamics, collaboration, and communication. The 3-day retreat focuses on skill development and implementation, knowledge and practice.
