We have high expectations for our Team Building practitioners. They are not camp counselors but are experienced, highly skilled and motivated to work with you to achieve your goals. The work that we do is demanding but rewarding. Our practitioners are required to make a long term impact in a short amount of time.
We look for candidates that have degrees in Organizational Psychology and experience-based learning. Team members are expected to share our values, and to communicate those values to our clients.
Who Needs Team Building?
We have a lot of experience in this area, and our opinion is that anyone and everyone would be able to find value in our workshops. Our emphasis is on self discovery, improving communication, and cooperation. These are skills that our clients take with them into their work and lives.
Our typical team building events range from 25 – 40 participants. We’ve found that this is a good size for positive interaction. However, if you have a larger group or business, be sure to contact us so we can design an individualized event around your business, that will make everyone happy.

The Essentials Team Building Workshop
This workshop is exactly what it claims: the essentials. It teaches the fundamentals of a healthy team dynamic. We bring your team together to create a foundation of trust and communication.
This workshop takes a look at what is important to a team and what is essential to YOUR team.” We use humor, collaboration, and adventure to help our clients discover what works when they create a team. In this approach, each person is given to opportunity to experience exactly how a healthy team can help the individual.
Healthy dialogue are encouraged in this workshop, through the use of activities, games, and sometimes climbing. Laughter and fun are encouraged as we guide participants toward learning and developing at a deeper level.

The True Colors Team Building Workshop
One day to change everything using only four colors and seventeen questions. Our True Colors workshop comes in three variations.
This workshop is truly crafted around our clients. The experience can range from an overview of team building, offering some new skills and practices, all the way to a three day deep dive. The workshop is a journey into team dynamics, self-awareness, collaboration, and communication.
